SMS Validation
Café Casino guards your account information with a high standard of security. In addition to our other measures, text (SMS) message validation helps to verify your identity based on the information registered to your account. You may receive a text message from us when you:
- Sign up with us
- Login attemps (See below)
- Update your Profile
- Request a withdrawal of funds from your account
- Claim or redeem a Bonus
Should you choose to skip text message validation, an alert will appear on your Dashboard and you’ll be unable to withdraw any winnings or update your Profile until you’ve followed through.
2-Factor Authentication upon Login
We’re going the extra mile to ensure your account’s security. We’ve integrated a 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature which, if our system detects any suspicious login activity, will trigger a code to be sent to your phone via SMS (text) message.
Note: Your login attempt must be completed with the 2-Factor Authentication SMS code to access your account when prompted; however, this security alert may not occur on every attempt.
Important Reminders
- Ensure your mobile phone number on your account is correct and validated;
- Our text message will contain a unique, one time use, code that you’ll enter onsite into the field provided;
- You’re allotted a maximum of 3 attempts to resend and enter the code correctly;
- If you do not receive a code as suggested when you attempt to login, you’ll need to contact Customer Service for further assistance.
