Resetting Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Lost access to your authenticator app? Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Resetting Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) allows you to regain access to your account securely and quickly. Here’s how to reset your 2FA setup.
1. On the login page, enter your account credentials then select ‘Log In’.
2. Select the option to 'Reset 2FA'.
3. You will receive a temporary code via your registered email address.
4. Enter the temporary code on the login page, then click 'Reset'. You'll receive a notification confirming 2FA has been disabled.
5. Go to your 'Security' settings, select 'Two-Factor Authentication' and re-enroll in 2FA by setting up a new authenticator app using the provided QR code or setup key.
Once done, you’ll be able to use the new authenticator app code for secure access to your account. Disclaimer: 2FA requires a unique code every time; previous codes cannot be reused.
