When will my cryptocurrency be available?

Timelines when transferring cryptocurrencies:

• With cryptocurrency deposits, your funds are posted to your Cafe Casino balance on 0 confirmations; however, it could take longer based on the network fee (Mining fees) chosen in your wallet. Choosing regular or economic fees may cause a delay in posting your funds.
• If the funds aren't posted after one confirmation, the transaction will need a minimum of 6 confirmations for it to be credited due to congestion on the network delaying your deposit.
• If, after multiple confirmations, you don't see the funds posted to your account - kindly contact Customer Service and we will do our best to assist you.
• Once you have transferred from your Digital Wallet to your Cafe account, the funds will automatically be changed to USD.
